2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the third respondent to direct the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2018 and to register and release petitioner's gift deed executed in favour of petitioner's son in respect of petitioner's house site situated in Narayanapuram, Tallakulam revenue limit, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.04.2018, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving notice to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
