ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 04.05.2015. In the said representation the petitioner has stated that he has already filed a suit in O.S.No.30 of 2014 which is pending disposal before the jurisdictional Court. further stated in the representation that the private respondents are not going to allow the petitioner and his group from taking part in the Kumbabisheham.

2.When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the private respondent submitted that there is no difficulty in allowing the petitioner and his group to take part in the Kumbabisheham. But neither he nor his group cannot seek any right over the temple as well as the Kumbabisheham. 3.Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the sixth respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. It is always open to the petitioner and his group to take part in the Kumbabisheham. However, they cannot claim any right over the temple. It is made clear that this order is passed subject to the orders that can be passed in the civil suit. No costs.
