ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant patta for properties in S.No.80/2, in Ward No.10, Tagore Street, Silamarathupatti, Ammapatti Village, Bodi Nayakanoor Taluk, Theni District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the above mentioned property, belongs to her, to which, there are no rival claims nor any suit is pending. Hence, the petitioner has sought for the relief stated supra. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Govt.Advocate for the respondents would submit that, the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the specific submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
