Heard Mr.N.Sathish Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the second and third respondents for issuing forged legal heirship certificate by omitting the petitioner's name in his proceedings in Pa.Mu.No.2226/A4/16 dated 18.03.2016 and consequently cancel the said legal heirship certificate by considering the representation given by the petitioner to the first respondent, dated 21.05.2018 within the stipulated time.
4.Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.05.2018 and pass orders on merit and in accordance with law, by giving notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
