Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute except under due process of law based on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2020. For Petitioner : Mr.Satheesh Kumar For R1 to R3 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute except under due process of law based on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 02.08.2020. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
