This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus for the issue of a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take proper action against the fourth respondent on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner herein, dated 15.04.2021.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner, the case in Crime no.352 of 2021 has been registered by the police officials. Since the grievance of the petitioner is fulfilled by the official respondents, nothing survives for further direction or consideration.
3. Recording the above submisison made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
