PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying, directing the respondents to hand over the documents such as Pandiyan Grama Bank Pass Book, Nanguneri SBI Pass Book, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, documents pertaining to the garden of the deceased Vadivu, household Articles, Utensils, brass vessels to the petitioner forthwith.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to hand over the documents such as Pandiyan Grama Bank Pass Book, Nanguneri SBI Pass Book, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, documents pertaining to the garden of the deceased Vadivu, household Articles, Utensils and brass vessels to the petitioner forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent is ready to hand over all the documents which belongs to the petitioner herein. However, the petitioner did not turn up and oppose its decision.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. From the date of his appearance, the first respondent is directed to hand over all the documents to the petitioner.

5. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
