ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1/2020 on the file of the second respondent police within the stipulated period as stipulated by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is the marriage between the parties took place on 08.02.2019. After the marriage, the petitioner's husband and his family members harassed the petitioner demanding more dowry. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 13.01.2020. Based on the complaint, a case in Crime No.1 of 2020 has been registered for the offence under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) of I.P.C. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karaikudi and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.105 of 2020 and the next hearing before the trial Court falls on 11.05.2021. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
