Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents 2 to 4 to allow only the candidate those who are studied regular college in tamil medium education to avail 20% PSTM quota in degree level recruitment and direct the 2nd to 4th respondents to stop allowing distance education degree holders to avail 20% PSTM reservation.
