ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C, in Crime No.Not known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the F.I.R is yet to be registered. The defacto complainant had intervened through his Counsel before this Court. This Court suggested on the earlier occasion that the petitioner can resolve the issue amicably. However, he has taken a stand that he would rather move the Civil Forum. 4.Taking note of the said conduct, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners . Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
