ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 24.03.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court,Sivagiri vide the letter in D.No.2392 dated 08.11.2023,this Court made the following order:

"By letter, dated 08.11.2023 addressed to the Sub Assistant Registrar(Judl), the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, has requested further time of six months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.199 of 2020. 2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 24.03.2023."
