ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the main petition itself was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and already the main petition itself closed and the third respondent also called the petitioner for enquiry, recording the above said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
