ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the study center, functioning at No.20, Muthanadhapuram 2nd Street, Behind Old Bus Stand, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District.

2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that adequate infrastructure and basic facilities are not available in the said study centre and hence, sought for a direction to remove the same.

3. This Court is not inclined to go into the dispute as to whether the study centre is duly approved or got proper facilities. It is for the authority concerned to look into the issue on its own merit.

4.With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
