This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor / 2nd respondent for willful willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.5067 of 2024, dated 04.03.2024.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the contemnor submitted that in terms of the order passed by this Court already the seniority of the petitioner is refixed. However, the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submitted that pursuant to the refixation, the respondents are refusing to grant promotion to the contempt petitioner.
