ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in CSR No.66/2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other specialized agency like CBCID or to any other agency in order to conduct proper investigation and to cull out the truth and to recover the petitioner's car.

2. Even though the enquiry has been undertaken by the second respondent based on the complaint given by the petitioner, it is not concluded so far, so that the petitioner filed this petition seeking transfer of investigation.

3. The enquiry file is also produced before this Court. The complaint that was lodged by the petitioner before the third respondent was enquired in CSR No.66 of 2023 dated 16.02.2023. The second respondent is directed to complete the above said enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
