This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file a final report/charge sheet in Crime No.105 of 2014 within a time frame.

2.Ms.Indira Gandhi, the Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police station, Thirupparankundram, Madurai District is present. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents on instruction submitted that the investigation in Crime No.105 of 2014 was completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai on 21.08.2016, but the same has not yet been taken on file.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a further direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to pass appropriate orders in the final report in Thirupparankundram All Women Police Station Crime No.105 of 2014, if not already passed, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
