:Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass order granting time scale of pay increment to the petitioner for the period from 01.07.2005 to 30.06.2006 with all benefits in accordance with the recommendations of the VI Pay Commission, without insisting the date of effect of G.O.Ms.No.311 Finance (CMPC) Department, dated 31.12.2014 within a stipulated period.
