ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioners herein under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the respondents 5 and 6, which is pending before the fourth respondent.
2. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.99/PG/DCP.North/MC/23. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the dispute with regard to money transaction and the private respondents have given a statement that they will not make any trouble to the petitioner. Based upon the above said undertaking, the complaint was closed.
3. Thereafter, another complaint has been given by the counter party, namely, Santhi/fifth respondent, the enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.110 of 2023. Reading of the enquiry file shows that the complaint given by One Santhi was enquired and during the course of enquiry, the said Santhi 2/5
appeared before the enquiry Officer and she has also stated that they will settle the issue through the concerned Court. Thereafter, the complaint given by Santhi was also closed.
4.
