ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition Nos.1 and 2 imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruchirappalli in Cr.M.P.No.836 of 2023 by order dated 22.02.2023.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3.It is seen that the trial Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners by order dated 22.02.2023 on condition that the petitioners shall produce two sureties each and execute a bond on or before 08.03.2023 and further directed the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5675 of 2023 p.m, for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Sofar, the petitioners did not produce any sureties and they did not execute any bond. While being so, the petitioners have filed the present petition to modify the condition imposed by the Court below. That apart, now the respondent polive issued Lookout Circular as against the petitioners, since they are not returned to India sofar. Therefore, it is clarified that the period, which was granted by the Court below got expired and as such, the said anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners Cr.M.P.No.836 of 2023, dated 22.02.2023 itself stands cancelled. 4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 28/03/2023 / TRUE COPY / /04/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
