ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to interfere the civil dispute in Re-Survey No.82/1 to the extent of 13 cents including Plot Nos.1, 2, 3 and 4 in the property situated at Valar Nagar, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District on the instigation of the 4th respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition was wrongly numbered and listed today.
