ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to change the investigation agency pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.195 of 2022 pending on the file of the 3rd Respondent by appointing an another investigating officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police and complete the investigation and file final report in accordance with law within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, passed the order dated 11.02.2023, directing the third respondent to register the First Information Report against the accused persons. On the basis of the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, the First Information Report was registered as early as on 07.06.2022 by the third respondent, but the third respondent has not taken any proper investigation stating the one or other 2/4

reasons.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost completed and so far five witnesses have been examined.

4. The third respondent is directed to complete the investigation under the supervision of the second respondent herein and file the Final Report within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
