ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the case in M.C.No.100 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Trichy.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The son of the first petitioner is the husband of the respondent and the other petitioners are in-laws of the respondent. Since the allegations have been made against these petitioners also, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.100 of 2015, in respect of the petitioners.

4. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, as and when their presence is required.
