ORDER
This contempt case has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the order dated 30.10.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.26217 of 2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that final orders have been passed in compliance with the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.26217 of 2024 in Na.Ka.Aa2/5111/2024, dated 27.03.2025.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order has been passed in haste and without even referring to the Civil Court decree which was relied on by the petitioner.
4. The copy of the above said proceeding is also made available for my perusal. It is seen that the petitioner's request has been rejected.
5. Be that as it may, in view of the order of this Court being complied with, though not in the lines as required by the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order.
