ORDER

Seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued on 10.01.2020 as against the 1st Respondent/ Accused person in the proceedings of C.C.No.163 of 2012 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Kovilpatti and to secure the accused and produce him before the said Court, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the said case is closed as 'long pending case' on 19.12.2025 before the learned trial Court.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
