ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) Petitioner has sought production of his wife R.Amala Steffi, aged 29 years and his daughter Juanitha, aged 2 years, before this Court and to set them at liberty.
2.The wife of the petitioner R.Amala Steffi and also the minor child Juanitha have been presented before the second respondent by the third respondent, the father-in-law of the petitioner. They in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
turn have caused their production before this Court. Petitioner/wife informs of having suffered at the hands of the petitioner and she does not wish to join him. Petitioner denies the allegations. It is now for the parties to workout their respective rights before appropriate forum.
3.With the above observation, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
