O R D E R

The Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certioari, to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.1003/2010 Na.Vee(2) dated 13.04.2015. 2.Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner has got a right for filing an appeal in terms of Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. Since the petitioner has got an effective alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4.In view of the above, the Writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Tribunal in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.is closed.
