Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHREEDHAR M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.4512 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023.

2.This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 09.03.2023 on condition that the petitioner shall produce two sureties and execute a bond within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and further directed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks. Sofar, the petitioner did not produce any surety and he did not execute any bond. While being so, the petitioner has filed the present petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court. That apart, now the respondent issued Lookout Circular as against the petitioner, since he is not returned to India sofar. Therefore, it is clarified that https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4997 of 2023 the period, which was granted by this Court got expired and as such, the said anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4512 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023 itself stands cancelled. 3.Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. sd/- 28/03/2023 / TRUE COPY / /04/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
