O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2015 and consequently to provide an alternative site, in view of the undertaking given by the respondent in the contempt proceedings dated 02.01.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, i.e., 14.07.2017, it has been reported by the learned counsel on either side that the claim of the petitioner has been considered and the petitioner has been allotted with an alternative site. The said submission has been supported by the proceedings of the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in kt2/022034/15 dated 06.06.2017 and a copy of the same has been produced before this Court.

4. Perusal of the same shows that the petitioner has been allotted with an alternative site, as requested.

5. Such being the case, no further orders is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
