Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESHAPANDIAN V.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3903 of 2023 dated 01.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli daily at 10.30 am., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
