The present writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's undated representation which was received by the first respondent on 05.06.2012. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the respondents by way of her representation to shift her husband from Palayamkottai Prison to Salem Prison which has been kept pending. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief. 3.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the Jail Superintendent, Palayamkottai has already sent a letter to the Additional Director General of Police vide proceedings dated 04.07.2014 recommending the case of the petitioner's husband for consideration.

4.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
