ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 336, 307, 506(ii) and 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.337 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3.The case of the prosecution is that due to some quarrel, the petitioner and other accused were said to have attacked the defacto complainant with iron rod and stone and also abused him in filthy language. Hence, a complaint.

No.6637 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with stone and seat of injury sustained by him and period of hospitalation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
