O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an inquiry on the petitioner's compliant dated 27.12.2024 by way of considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in S.No.147 at Mukkulam Village, Narikudi Taluk. While so, the private respondents no.3 to 7 by using their influence, they have included the name of T.Muthukaruppan in the revenue records and thereby, they are claiming rights over the property. Therefore, against the above said forged records, the petitioner lodged a complaint to the 1st respondent and the same was forwarded to the 2nd respondent and the same is pending for enquiry. Again the petitioner sent a representation dated 13.03.2025 for the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.12.2024, but same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 27.12.2024 and the same was considered and closed by advising the petitioner to approach appropriate authorities. Again the petitioner for the same incident has sent the representation dated 13.03.2025 and the same is under consideration. They will dispose of the same within one week.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation, this Court without even issuing notice to the private respondents no.3 to 7 inclined to dispose of the petition by recording the above said submission of the 2nd respondent and directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry after affording an opportunity to both the parties within a period of one week from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
