Respondent Prayer : This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent relating to impugned proceedings A.THI.MU.No.319/SA.PA.Theni/2015 dated 22.6.2015 and to quash the same and to direct the respondent herein to consider the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration and registrar the same if the documents are in order.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent relating to impugned proceedings A.THI.MU.No.319/SA.PA.Theni/2015 dated 22.6.2015 and to quash the same and to direct the respondent herein to consider the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration and registrar the same, if the documents are in order.
2. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Addl.Govt.Pleader takes notice for the respondent.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though this Writ Petition has been filed praying for a larger relief, he would fairly submit that the petitioner will produce the required documents as sought for by the respondent for considering the claim of the petitioner. The said submission is placed on record.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent was put on notice in this regard.
6. In view of the above-said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, once the petitioner produces the documents as required by the respondent, there may not be any impediment for the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner. Therefore, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, as and when the petitioner produces the necessary documents, the respondent shall consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
