ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b),504 and 353 of IPC in Crime No.25 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.
3. It is seen that this is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application was dismissed as https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.5590 of 2023 withdrawn on 24.02.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 3649 of 2023. Further the first petitioner involved in 16 previous cases, second petitioner involved in 9 previous cases and the third petitioner involved in five previous cases. Taking into consideration the previous bad antecedents of the petitioners, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
