Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse Rs.53,611/- towards the retrenchment compensation, gratuity, leave salary, salary for the notice period, staff security deposit with interest and other dues to the petitioner's deceased husband within a time frame fixed by this Court based on the representations dated 24.08.2011 and 28.05.2015 and in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6196 of 2011 dated 22.01.2014.

The Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse Rs.53,611/- towards the retrenchment compensation, gratuity, leave salary, salary for the notice period, staff security deposit with interest and other dues to the petitioner's deceased husband within a time frame fixed by this Court based on the representations dated 24.08.2011 and 28.05.2015 and in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6196 of 2011 dated 22.01.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 24.08.2011 and 28.05.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the decision of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6196 of 2011, dated 22.01.2014, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
