RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl O.P (MD) No. 4803 of 2023 to execute a bond with two blood related sureties and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIYARASU K.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4803 of 2023 to execute a bond with two blood related sureties.

2.This Court by an order dated 15.03.2023 had directed to petitioner to execute a bond with two blood related sureties. However, the Court below refused to accept the sureties and therefore, he is still in custody hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in paragraph No.5 of the order dated 15.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (in which one shall https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
