ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct Panguni Thiruvizha from 21.03.2023 to 28.03.2023 in 'Arulmigu Pannankombu Sri Mariyamman Thirukovil', Pannapatti Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District.
2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that with regard to the Temple Festival, a Peace Committee Meeting was held by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Srirangam, wherein, both the parties resorted to solve their differences and agreed to conduct the Temple Festival in peaceful manner. They have also jointly approached the third respondent herein seeking permission to conduct the Festival.

4. Therefore, the petitioner and other parties may appear before the third respondent herein and the third respondent may enquire both the parties in groups and depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, further orders may be passed, on its own merits, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 24.03.2023 NCC :
