ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners based on the complaint of the sixth respondent with a view to settle the money dispute, which is purely civil in nature. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police, a complaint has been received on 27.02.2026 from the sixth respondent alleging that the petitioners have not repaid the money, which has been borrowed by them.

3.Considering the above facts, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioners, in case it is made out that it is a money dispute.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
