ORDER

The petitioner's brother, Ragu, is a mentally challenged person. He has been certified to that effect by the Department of Welfare of Differently Disabled Persons. The cause of action for the writ petition is that the petitioner wants to take care of his dependent brother. He sought a certificate of guardianship from the first respondent. He gave a representation. As the said representation has not been considered, he has come forward with the present writ petition.

2. When the matter came up for admission, taking into consideration the situation in which the mentally challenged person is faced, I requested Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate, to ensure that a certificate is given to the writ petitioner. He sought time. Hence, I adjourned the matter.
