ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent police to invoke Sections 279 and 338 IPC., instead of Sections 279, 337 of IPC., in Crime No.133 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after investigation the respondent police filed charge sheet, subsequently it was taken on file as S.T.C.No.1743 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District, in which the petitioner was convicted and also paid fine.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
