O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking for direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct a Peace Committee Meeting, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07/03/2023 within a time limit framed by this court.
2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and during the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and the private parties have stated that they are making arrangement by collecting tax from all the people and no one is singled out or avoided. In respect of the above said management, a compromise talk was also undertaken at their Association level, in which, this petitioner also participated and agreed. But later, he is making
objection. The private parties are also given an undertaking stating that at the village level, they will sort out the problem. It was also agreed by this petitioner. On the basis of the above said agreement between the parties, the above said representation was closed.
4.In view of the above development, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. As agreed by the petitioner and others, he can work and settle the issue at the village level. If any problem arises in future, he can work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
5.With the above said liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
