ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1693 of 2026 dated 29.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.1693 of 2026 dated 29.01.2026, is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police once in a Month ie., on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 12.03.2026 sbn 2/4
