This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner at the guise of inquiry upon the complaints given by the petitioner's divorced wife namely Vijiliya.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed and hence, there is no question of harassment.

4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
