ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the orders passed in G.O.Ms.No.247 and G.O.Ms.No.248 on the file of the first respondent with a consequential direction to regularize the petitioner service who are serving as Guest Lecturers in Government Arts & Science Colleges based on G.O.Ms.No.56, Higher Education (F2) Department, dated 21.03.2020.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is simply directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of G.O.Ms.No.56, Higher Education (F2) Department, dated 21.03.2020 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
