For Respondent : Mr.S..Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294 (b), 323,498(A), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Matter arising out of matrimonial dispute. It is alleged that the petitioners herein have poured kerosene and attempted to immolate the defacto complainant.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the injured is still taking treatment.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
