This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to to pass an order exempting the petitioner/accused from surrendering in pursuance of the judgment dated 11.03.2010 mad in C.C.No.279 of 2006 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil and as confirmed by judgment dated 30.01.2026 made in C.A.No.18 of 2010 on the file of the Sessions Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil pending disposal of the above criminal revision.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
