Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in his proceedings kjp2/015672/15 dated 21.05.2015 and quash the same as illegal consequently directing to remove the illegal encroachment made from petrol bunk to Government Middle School at Uthangudi, Madurai, on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2015.

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this petition in public interest seeking a direction to the respondents for removal of illegal encroachments made from petrol bunk to Government Middle School at Uthangudi, Madurai.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner. Earlier, on 13.07.2015 also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. We have heard the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that already encroachments have been removed and the road widening work is also going on.

4.Recording the submission, this petition is closed. No costs.
