Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing.

3. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders based on the petitioner's second appeal, dated 09.02.2018, filed under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, for providing information to the petitioner, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the first respondent to pass orders on the Second Appeal filed under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, dated 09.02.2018, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
