PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the impugned communication dated 03.03.2026 of the 4th respondent read along with the impugned communication of the 2nd respondent in O.Na. No. 1/2025 dated 03.03.2026, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to furnish all the documents requested by the petitioner in his representation dated 27.02.2026. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to quash the impugned communication dated 03.03.2026 of the fourth respondent read along with the impugned communication of the second respondent in O.Na. No. 1/2025 dated 03.03.2026 and for consequential direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to furnish all the documents requested by the petitioner in his representation dated 27.02.2026.
2. Earlier, this matter came up for consideration on 10.03.2026. This Court, having taken note of the facts and circumstances of the case, 2/5
passed an interim order directing the respondents to maintain status quo as on date.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the documents that are sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition have already been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner today. The same is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In the circumstances, the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 26.03.2026 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No CM 3/5
