This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.06.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 18.06.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 4.Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
